1. Ordering Policy

2. Shipping Policy

We deliver across the Sultanate of Oman.

Standard shipping fee: OMR 2.000 for all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location but generally range from 2–5 working days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, force majeure, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our customer service. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Replacements (as per Omani Consumer Protection Law):
If the product is defective or not working on the same day of delivery, you must notify us immediately.

We will inspect the item and, if confirmed faulty, we will replace it free of charge.

Non-Returnable Cases:
Toys damaged due to normal play, misuse, or accidents after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Products returned without original packaging, missing parts, or after being used incorrectly cannot be accepted.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
